Sodexo BRS India, the leader in Employee benefits and rewards, began creating digital solutions for the evolving digital market. The brand aggressively focussed on creating a strong internal team through this journey. Their move into a new office premise allowed us to extend this new mindset into their spaces.
The Digital revolution was the concept which was further developed as per various zones within the space. Work spaces were designed to be motivational, HOD cabins had messaging that was younger and aspirational, while common spaces were designed for the lighter moods. The intervention introduced new colours into the space while copy was used to drive the thought. These designs have now been extended into regional offices across India, unifying the company's digital leadership vision, even through the spaces.
