Sodexo Benefits and Rewards, India's leading Employee Benefits Solutions provider decided to go Digital. Digital transactions and cards being the new normal, these cards needed to express and appeal to our dynamic, millennial and evolving consumers.
Initiating the exercise with the objective of standardisation of all cards, our design ethos was to keep it minimal and bright. This creative style now reflects across every new and existing solution.
The Digital revolution was the concept which was further developed as per various zones within the space. Work spaces were designed to be motivational, HOD cabins had messaging that was younger and aspirational, while common spaces were designed for the lighter moods. The intervention introduced new colours into the space while copy was used to drive the thought. These designs have now been extended into regional offices across India, unifying the company's digital leadership vision, even through the spaces.
