India's first-ever hospitality management school with a Swiss accreditation and affiliation, Ecole Hoteliere at Lavasa was a top-notch institution. Six years into operations, the brand failed to garner as many eyeballs as it deserved. This lead to an entire re-branding programme. Our objective was not only to change the visual appeal, but also to consolidate the communication tonality and mediums. A year of relentless work, change in visual identity, admissions collaterals, learning modules, presence at student fairs and a much stronger digital presence resulted in an increase in new enrolment by 50%.
